W3 FULL DESCRIPTION

PACKAGES- products/inventory-packages- create a (party package)- choose the category you want it to go in. you learnt how to create categories in w1 so u can go into categories and create a new category and call it packages. then you select your party package to go into packages. scroll down and set a price for your packages. underneath you can write a description like you did in W2 when writing descriptions so you can get the best SEO for your website. you can add an image for your website and add extra images. on Edit Products, you can choose which products you want in your packages. packages group option. you can choose to let customers choose which products they want within your package. to set this up, underneath add new groups, then select what products you want in your group.

PARENT/CHILD SETUP- If you have a product that cant be booked if another product is unavailable. for example if I have a red castle and a blue castle then 1 water slide. now because I've got one slide, I might not want people to book it on its own, so i will pair it with the red castle and the blue castle, remember I've only got 1 slide so if someone books either the red castle with the slide then the blue castle becomes unavailable to book, vice versa.

MAP TO RELATIONSHIP- allows you to combine the price of the selected p/c product and display the relationship as 1 product. To create 1 add new products relevant to the relationship ur going to add. then put it in your P/C category. then scroll down and it should say "map to relationship" then select which parent you want. if your going to be using map relationship, I'd advise you to hid your parents category.

T & C- Rental agreement- settings- select to ask customers to read T&C. click on the green button to write down ur Terms & Condition such as, saying they'll be charge when damaging any of the rented property. any cancellation fees will be either refunded or none refunded, clearly stating the age of people who can use your products. the click save. after go back to rental agreement where you can ask customers to sign their signature when making a booking saying they've read and agree to your terms and conditions.

PAYMENT PROVIDER- Settings- online payment- choose your payment provider, (Square) which is our recommended provider, you'll have access to the card and file. for example if a products is damaged you can charge them on their card. also with square you can refund any payment with in the system. You have the option to enable tips. able to change the title of the form so it can be use for something other than tips, like collecting for a charity. when a customer is ask to leave a tip you can change the question that is displayed, next to that you can see a few a few symbols which is just an emoji. if you search up any hexadecimal(unique code for an emoji) u can copy and paste it and it turns into an emoji. you can remove it if it doesn't suit ur business. under that is a text that is displayed if a customer doesn't wanna leave a tip. emojis don't work in the field. you can activate for customers to select the amount of tips they wanna leave.
you scroll down you the option to let customer pay nothing the moment they are making a booking or pay cash on arrival. you also have the option to let customers to pay a deposit. you can change booking fees to deposit. underneath you can select deposit percentage or a specific amount. final option is to let the customers pay full amount when making a booking.
